Are you confused on which comment system to use on your blog?
There are many available
The default wordpress, Facebook, disqus and the latest Google+ and many more
People are going to suggest you some, but the ultimate decision to use it depends on you
Deciding that one comment system is really confusing decision because some reasons
Wanna know the reason? Read these golden lines by me
I am always inspired by the quote
“Blogging is not a one way street; a blogger cannot exist without readers”
And this quote has made me love my readers and I actually care for them, similar is the case with every blogger I know
They love their readers
Everyone does, what’s so special about it
Yeah everyone loves his readers and readers also love these bloggers,
Do you love me?
Yeah I am sure you do,
Let’s come back to the main point
We bloggers show the love for our readers by creating awesome content which is useful for them (I doJ) and our readers show their love and respect by commenting, sharing, liking or tweeting our posts
When it comes to commenting, we want our readers to be comfortable with the process at any cost
Yeah where I was?
Choosing one comment system, a really confusing decision
What if I tell you that you can use all these four comment systems together and that too very simply?
Don’t joke Nishant, How is it possible to use all of these together?
If you don’t believe my words, check out this screenshot when I tried this awesome tweak on Inside Tech Tricks
How did I do it?
I just installed a plugin
Tell me the name of that plugin? FAST!
The plugin is called “Social Comments”
Where Can I get it?
From the wordpress plugin directory (here is the link) or you can install it directly from your dashboard by searching the plugin by its name
How does it work?
Just install the plugin and configure it according to your needs (it’s really simple)
These screenshots might help you understanding the installation if you are new to wordpress
You just have to work on them like you would install the comment system individually
Isn’t this plugin great?
But there is a small problem, not too small actually
You won’t see all the comment systems properly until your post has at least one comment on any comment system
So first you need to wait till you get your first comment on the Google plus, Facebook or disqus comment system and then only this plugin will work as you wanted
“No Pain No Gain”
For Now I have switched back to the default wordpress comment system because of this bug but I waiting until this bug is fixed in this plugin and everything starts working fine
Did you find this above content useful?
Are you going to try out this plugin?
Do you know about any other plugin which allows using these comment systems together?
Do share it with me via commenting on this post, for now you need to use the wordpress one 😀
